I had the pleasure of sharing my favorite beurre noisette and almond cake at this one-of-a-kind dining experience in collaboration with Merrihew’s Sunset Gardens! This dinner featured dinner, drinks and music from Chef Amanda Pilkington, Fia Hospitality and guitar music duo Guitarras Hermanas.
20 guests were invited to enjoy great conversation, meditation + a multi-course menu carefully curated using seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques that highlighted the essence of the garden. Chef and Nutritionist Carolyn Eller and Chef Cara May Murphy lent their talents, helping to cook, plate and serve in a limited outdoor kitchen set up. What a wonderful, hardworking team of women!
